I will have a nutrition info sticker on the bags shortly, I do not know the exact details except I can guess on a lot of the calories, since over 70% of the calories will come from the bonding agent, I can at least release these numbers: I use about a tablespoon of clarified butter or olive oil per 9-10 cup bag of popcorn. I have found several general answers online, but I will wait on the lab results as I use specific clarified butter and extra virgin olive oil. I use air popped popcorn which can be up to 65% fewer calories, but I will wait on the lab on that one also.
