is your product 100% organic?

The popcorn is 100% natural and GMO free, from a small family farm in Indiana. The 5 spice blend I use is 100% natural. The clarified butter is organic, locally bought in the Napa Valley.

What is the freshness quality of your shipped popcorn?

The popcorn you ordered is made within 24 hours of ordering and sealed air-tight within 1 hour of its completion. Guaranteed fresh for at least one month until opened.

How hot is this "Fire"?

Well, spice is all relative, but it is pretty hot. I would never have called it fire popcorn if it didn't pack the punch I wanted my customers to taste. Someone can easily make popcorn that is way hotter. (And less tasty) I take my pride in knowing that ALL the heat comes from one and only one spice in the blend and a secret spice that sweetens and brings out the hot spice.

It's too hot! What now?

I recommend making some regular popcorn completely separate, then mixing the two as little or as much as you like. The spice kicks in as time goes on, and a mix of fire and regular just might be the best blend for you.
